My passion is helping leaders, organisations and brands build awesome places to work, where talented people want to be.
I’ve worked with organisations both great and small to embrace the Agile mindset, redefine their culture and co-create healthy, happy and financially successful working environments.
I combine my extensive background in human resources and organisational development, with Agile methodology and practices, to offer a genuinely new and innovative approach to designing great employee experiences.
In 2016 I founded the #AgileHR Meetup community and host regular events in the UK and Europe, and now even Australia! As one of the first to deliver Agile HR training and coaching, I recently co-founded the Agile HR Community with the aim of establishing a global learning network and community of practice in Agile HR and set the new standard in HR professional skills and certified training.
The more I witness the energy Agile HR ignites, the more convinced I become of its restorative power, not just for the HR profession but for the future of work.
