When, at some point, you're forced to use a 25-box talent matrix (seriously) because, "that's the way it's always been done around here", you know the processes and compliance of Human Resources (HR) have gone too far! Southern Blue Consulting started as a way to make HR all about people again, and in doing so, have a chance of being liked at BBQs when you tell people what you do for living :-).


Meet the Founder, Natal Dank

My passion is helping leaders, organisations and brands build awesome places to work, where talented people want to be.

I’ve worked with organisations both great and small to embrace the Agile mindset, redefine their culture and co-create healthy, happy and financially successful working environments.   

Commercially savvy, I began my career in financial services only to discover the secret to business success is all about the people behind the numbers. 

Following over a decade working in senior HR, Talent and Organisational Development roles, I’m now a leading figure in Agile HR and coach clients across all industries, from innovative tech companies, global banks to not-for-profit. 

In 2016 I founded the Agile HR Meetup community and host regular events in the UK, the rest of Europe, and now even Australia! As one of the first to deliver Agile HR consulting and coaching, I recently co-founded the Agile HR Community with the aim of establishing the new standard in HR professional skills and certified training.

The more I witness the energy Agile HR ignites, the more convinced I become of its restorative power, not just for the HR profession but for the future of work.
