For our pre-Christmas #AgileHR Meetup we are back partnering with the fantastic crew at Peakon, at their new skyline office in Farringdon, to continue our exploration of how best to use data science in Agile HR. This time let's take a deep dive into the benefits, realities and potential dangers when working with employee engagement benchmarks.
Joe Cainey, Peakon’s (relatively new but very experienced!) Head of Data Science, will lead the way by introducing their new True Benchmark measurement and how this can help to sophisticate benchmarking and drive great conversations in the workplace. Through this study Joe will explore the common dangers when using employee engagement benchmarks and how to make the data relevant (and useful) to different parts of the business.
Following our data science deep dive, it's over to you to discuss and brainstorm in small working groups how to work with true benchmarks the Agile HR way. Each group will receive an employee engagement scenario and be invited to design an iterative approach in how they would tackle the potential issues and co-create possible answers with the people involved.
The night promises to be a fun way to apply evidence based thinking to how we work with employee engagement data in HR.
