This May the London Agile HR community is teaming up with Peakon to explore the fundamentals of data science and how to use people analytics to drive evidenced based human centric Agile HR solutions.
On the night, Peakon’s chief data-scientist, Charlie Kimber, will help us get our head around data science, followed by a detailed case study in how to use Employee Engagement data to drive organisational change and development.
To then help us turn the numbers into action, your Agile HR hosts, Natal Dank and Matt Keen, will lead an interactive session in how to apply Agile methods of working to solve complex problems and build a great place to work.
Whether you are an experienced HR or People and Culture professional wanting brush up on statistics, or a leader of people interested in learning more about data science, this workshop will cover all you need to know in people analytics and help you apply an evidenced based approach to your work.

Charlie Kimber, holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering and an MEng in Bioengineering, from Cambridge with a specialisation in Epidemiology. He joined Peakon in 2015 as the second hire and first data scientist.
