The Agile HR Meetup is back in Leeds this September with new hosts, local HR disrupters’ Infinity Works. Our theme looks at how to build a great People Experience (PX) by applying the concepts of Agile product design within Human Resources (HR). The Agile HR Meetup is a vital learning global network for HR, Learning and Development (L&D), Agile and, People and Culture professionals, on a mission to innovate HR and transform the profession for the future of work. Join us and help shape the discussion at the Agile HR Community.
People Experience (PX) as a Product
Delivering a great and memorable customer experience has become the modern business mantra for our digital age. It’s perhaps unsurprising to now see this focus on customer-centricity begin to reshape how we approach HR and build a great People Experience within our organisations.
By tracking the employee experience like a customer journey, and redesigning each element using Agile mindset and product development, HR teams are not only reinventing their approach to HR service design but the whole operating model of HR itself.
Infinity Works are the home of thinkers who do and do-ers who think. A collective of leading Engineers, Technologists and Consultants with the intelligence to devise the right solution to any problem, the skills to build it, and the ability to help you embed real change in your organisation.
Their HR team embraced Agile mindset and ways of working about nine months ago and are on a mission to build a culture of trust by putting their people at the heart of everything they do.
Charlotte Goulding, People Operations Manager at Infinity Works, will share the team’s Agile HR adventures so far and their learning over the last nine months. Charlotte and the team will also offer examples on how to develop People Experience as a product and talk about a recent on-boarding project and the development of employee user journeys.
Amanda Bellwood, People Operations Manager at Sky Betting & Gaming, and long-time Agile HR Meetup collaborator, will share how the People Operations team at Sky Betting & Gaming have recently evolved their identity and focus into People Experience. On the night, Amanda will also be joined by other members of her team, who will share case studies and personal learning on what it’s like to develop your People Experience like an Agile product.
Natal Dank, an Agile HR pioneer and co-founder of the Agile HR Community, will co-host the evening and help you get practical by facilitating a discussion on how Agile HR teams can successfully develop their People Experience as a product while balancing business as usual HR activities.
