People Practices and Agile Organisational Transformation
While the themes of digitalisation, uncertainty and complexity are almost standard these days, the way to organise how we work, engage with our customers and collaborate to respond to these disrupting factors are still evolving.
Agile has emerged as the main way to redesign how we work and offers answers to many of these challenges. However, what does it mean to 'go Agile'? Do you even use the word? Also, what role does HR play in Agile transformation and how do we begin to evolve our people practices for Agile teams and mindset?
Speakers and host
Natal Dank, an Agile HR pioneer and co-founder of the Agile HR Community, will facilitate our main discussion and help participants understand what Agile HR is, and our potential role in supporting and enabling Agile team development and organisational transformation. Natal will also share case studies from the clients she works with globally and discuss ideas on how to evolve HR and people practices for the future of work.
Our hosts are Murex, a leading financial tech company based in Paris, currently undergoing their own Agile transformation using the SAFe model. On the night Jonathan Coyle, Agile Transformation Business Owner, will share insights on the Murex Agile journey and ask how can we redesign HR and people practices to support Agile. Emilie Poilroux and Nathalie Cramer, from Murex HR, and certified Agile HR practitioners, will then help facilitate an interactive exercise of how to approach this redesign using Agile HR methods.
