The Agile HR Meetup is returning to Paris in the New Year. Murex are our hosts once again, the financial tech innovators currently transforming their client and product offering through Agile and SAFe. Our theme will explore how the Agile focus on building customer value translates into building a great employee experience when applied within Human Resources (HR) and people practices. New speakers just announced! The Agile HR Meetup is a vital learning global network for Human Resources (HR), Learning and Development (L&D), Agile and, People and Culture professionals, on a mission to innovate HR and transform the profession for the future of work. Join us and help shape the discussion.
Building a Great Employee Experience with Agile HR
At the heart of Agile is the customer and how business value is driven through customer value. When Agile is translated into HR this customer-centricity places the employee, our people, at the heart of what HR do. As a result, HR’s work becomes human-centric, with the aim of building a great place to work validated by the needs and feedback of our people and teams.
To keep the great discussion that was kick-started at the first Paris Meetup in November 2018 going, we’ll explore how to build people value iteratively within the workplace using an Agile HR mindset.
Speakers and Host
Very excited to announce two new guest speakers for the night! Tamara Molinas, Global HR Manager at Booking.com and Agile People leader, alongside Alize Hofmeester, from the ING Agile global transformation team, will join us to share their real-life case studies on Agile HR and how this can help enrich your employee experience.
Our special guest is Sophia Benhaddou, managing partner at ExcelWay and an expert in Agile change management. Sophia will share a case study from her work and how to co-create organisational change iteratively with your people and transform employee experience.
Our hosts are Murex, a leading financial tech company based in Paris, currently undergoing their own Agile transformation using the SAFe model. On the night Emilie Poilroux and some of the Murex HR team, will help participants network and get to know each other, with the aim of building an ongoing local Parisian Agile HR Community.
Natal Dank, an Agile HR pioneer and co-founder of the Agile HR Community, will be back to facilitate our main interactive discussion and guide participants through an interactive learning session on how to use Agile HR techniques in your own workplace to enrich your employee experience.
Just like Agile, our agenda will continue to evolve, and additional guest speakers may be added closer to the event.
Agile HR in a Nutshell Launch
Excitingly, Natal Dank, will also be launching the new free Agile HR in a Nutshell infographic, recently designed in collaboration with the great Mia Kolmodin, from Dandy People, who crafts the fabulous Agile in a Nutshell series, and Riina Helström, fellow co-founder of the Agile HR Community. The Agile HR in a Nutshell infographic poster will be a great free resource for all Agile HR enthusiasts, from active practitioners to budding learners.
