The Agile HR Meetup returns to Sydney on December 11th. Our theme explores how Agile HR helps you enrich the employee experience by delivering a great customer experience. Our hosts are Agile icons, Pivotal Software, who help clients build great places to work by evolving culture not just software. The Agile HR Meetup is a vital learning global network for Human Resources (HR), Learning and Development (L&D), Agile and, People and Culture professionals, on a mission to innovate HR and transform the profession for the future of work. Join us and help shape the discussion.
Customer experience = Employee experience
At the heart of Agile is the customer and how business value is driven through customer value. When Agile is translated into HR this customer-centricity places the employee, our people, at the heart of what HR do. As a result, HR’s work becomes human-centric, with the aim of building a great place to work validated by the needs and feedback of our people and teams.
Our hosts for the evening, Pivotal Software, truly live the Agile values to deliver a great customer experience. Indeed, their unique approach invites the customer into their own workplace to learn how to embrace an Agile mindset and working culture. They then help the customer take this new way of working back into their own organisation and transform their business.

Next, Natal Dank, Agile HR Pioneer and founder of the Agile HR Meetup, will help you get practical and run an interactive learning session on how to use Agile HR techniques in your own workplace to enrich your employee experience.
Just like Agile, our agenda will continue to evolve, and additional guest speakers will be added closer to the event.
