Agile HR Case Studies

Agile HR is redefining the fundamental principles of Human Resources. This mindset and ways of working help you innovate people practices and evolve organisations for the future of work. But what does it actually look like in reality, and how do you start?

The Sydney Meetup explores the two sides of Agile HR through a series of case studies from leaders in the field. Firstly, we’ll look at Agile for HR, where HR professionals embrace the mindset and tools within their own teams and projects. With the result beginning to reshape the overall HR operating model. Secondly, we’ll discuss HR for Agile, and how to redesign your people practices to support Agile teams and organisational transformation.
